Production lead time is 15 days after order confirmation, as customized products require a detailed production process, as outlined below:

1. The customer provides their logo, photo, name, and other required information.
2. We create a digital design mockup.
3. The customer reviews and approves the design.
4. We manufacture the bag or cap according to the approved design.

Due to this customization process, a 60% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
